Instructions:

By ordering a Retouch, Golden Ratio, Transformation, Restoration or Background Edit, you are purchasing the service of a digital artist to manipulate your submitted image. You will receive the altered image in digital format (.JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .TIFF, or another image format as deemed optimal by the artist).

Following your purchase, you will be contacted via e-mail and prompted for the image you would like edited; at this time, please describe what you would like done along with any special instructions, creative direction or reference images. It is at the artist's discretion whether your request falls within the purview of the ordered service and whether the artist will choose to accept your job. Your altered image will most often be finished and sent back to you within one week, but no guarantees are made on time of delivery. Please allow 7 days for your order to be completed before inquiring for an update.

Terms:

Once you have submitted your image to be edited, please note that refunds can no longer be issued. One revision may be performed (at the discretion of the artist) and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the finished image.

Your transformation image is for private, non-commercial use only. You may not use your transformed image or edit video (if purchased) for print, YouTube, film, television or any commercial venture. Commercial use requires special licensing rates; inquire for details.
